Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Library Image and Document Repository. The items you provide will assist the UCF Libraries with sharing items intended for public distribution as well as provide a place for employees to easily access the most updated items.
The collection only accepts the most recent version of digital items. Each library department has at least one designated individual responsible for uploading content. Please submit any new or replacement items to the person responsible for uploading items in your department. If you are unsure as to who in your department is responsible for the Library Image and Document repository uploads, please look at the drop down list at http://digitalcollections.net.ucf.edu/cdm/submissionform/collection/LHR or ask your supervisor.
- Title your item using words that accurately describe the file you’re attaching.
- In the description field, provide as much detail as possible regarding your item. The description is a searchable field so the more detail you provide, the easier it will be for others to find.
- Don’t forget to use semi colons to separate words or phrases when adding Keywords and Contributors.
- • Date to review is very important for this collection as we’d like to keep items as up to date as possible. If you are uploading an item that needs to be updated each semester, yearly, etc. please make sure to add a date to this field to make it easy to find and remove/update later.
