History This history of our school points out another chapter of growth, advancement, and expansion. During the summer months the teachers spent some weeks in study at some institution of higher learning, in relaxation, and in contemplation of the coming school year. Principal E. L, Bellhorn attended Florida State University. Miss Marian Stanko was enrolled at Concordia Teachers College. PRE-PLANNING Two weeks before the opening of the regular school term the teachers met for pre-school planning. The curriculum was reviewed and efforts were made to improve the methods and procedure of teaching of the previous year. Organization of activities and duties were completed for a smooth running of the school schedule. TEACHERS & ENROLLMENT At the opening Service in the Church, September 6, Pastor spoke to 85 pupils, 4 teachers, and a number of visiting pa original enrollment was d Kindergarten - 10 pupils, Mrs. Best, Grade 1 - 5 pupils Grade 2-18 pupils Grade 3-9 pupils Grade 4 - 5 pupils Grade 5-10 pupils Grade 6-6 pupils Grade 7-14 pupils Grade 8-8 pupils Pastor Tuhy taught Chri vak, and music to grades 3 9 - 10:20 A. M. Monday thr low enough time to accomplish al his during the second semester his time als 10:45 - 11:45 A. M. Fruits of giving ously of his time can be easily detec accomplishments achieved.
